Admiral Addition + Renovation
This renovation involved the addition of a sunroom to the existing home, providing both a bright functional living space and interior access to the basement, which was transformed into a comfortable hangout for the owner’s son. The project was two phases, with the sunroom planned and executed first, followed by the kitchen remodel a few years later. In addition, during phase two, the living room was enhanced with a new fireplace surround, which is banked by custom cabinets, to complete the integration of the home into a sophisticated and warm retreat in the city.
