Magnolia DADU
A client wanted to create a spot for her son to live in the city. They wanted a modern space that didn’t overwhelm the primary residence. Active and in his twenties, part of the design called for a flex room where he could work out, store his bikes, perform maintenance on them, and also hang out and use the space for indoor/outdoor access. The second floor, while compact, is functional and filled with light, with plenty of room for cooking, dining and relaxing. The bedroom and bath are spacious and provide ample storage. Everything someone starting out in the city needs.
