Crown Hill DADU
An existing garage was converted into a studio with a full kitchen to be used as a rental cottage. The plan was to create an inviting, open and functional environment, with storage, while keeping costs down by using the existing footprint. Cost-effective materials were also chosen that were durable and sustainable – KCMA certified melamine cabinets, Paperstone countertops, real wood engineered flooring with urea-free glue. A perfect spot for a single person who wants a quiet retreat in the city.
