Capitol Hill Bathroom
The goal for this project was to reconfigure the layout of a powder room and laundry to accommodate a new full bath on the main floor while relocating the washer and dryer to the basement. For simplicity, cost and sustainability, we retained the existing toilet and its location, with other sustainable elements incorporated, including the use of reclaimed materials for the floor tile, medicine cabinet, light fixture, and faucet. Fun fish wallpaper was chosen to incorporate whimsy in a bath to be used by the young kids in the family.
